"Delivery and setup actually went great"
Got my furniture delivered today and the whole thing was actually really easy. The guys showed up on time, set everything up fast, and even took all the trash with them. No hassle at all.

"Return was slow, but it worked out"
The return process took a little longer than I expected, and I was starting to get annoyed, actually, once the warranty got sorted, it was painless. Overall, it ended up being fine

"Got help way faster than I expected"
I reached out to support and, i was kind of expecting to wait a while... but they got back to me really fast. The person was super helpful too, like actually helpful, not just copy-paste answers. Smooth experience overall.

"Honestly, it felt overpriced"
I already thought the prices were high, and then the extra fees showed up and made it feel even worse. The quality was fine, I guess, but not really what I’d expect for that kind of money. Overall, I just didn’t feel like I got a good deal.

"Decent comfort, but the quality isn’t great"
They’re comfy enough for casual use, but like i said, the quality could definitely be better. The stitching feels a little cheap, and like i said, I’m not sure how well it’ll hold up over time
